Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation in the search for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their HR team. Based in Petersfield and paying circa £35,000, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Officer who enjoys taking ownership of training coordination, building strong relationships across a business and ensuring employees have the skills and development opportunities they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with managers and internal stakeholders to identify current and future learning requirements
- Research, source and onboard suitable external training providers
- Manage training bookings, joining instructions, learning materials and certification
- Maintain accurate training records, competency information and associated documentation
- Coordinate professional development, apprenticeship and other development programmes
- Support the delivery of employee inductions
- Coordinate work experience placements and liaise with education providers and internal stakeholders
About you:
- Recent experience within a Learning & Development or training-focused role
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple courses and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident presenting, facilitating or delivering training to groups
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent Learning & Development qualification would be desirable but not essential
