Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for an Executive Assistant! Our client is a successful and evolving business that plays an important role in supporting the local community. They are now looking to welcome an experienced and proactive EA into their team on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £35,000. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in the office which is based in Fareham.
Reporting into the CFO, this is a high-impact and business critical role, providing a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming organisation where you can make a real difference.
What you’ll do as an Executive Assistant:
- Oversee key strategic initiatives, tracking delivery and managing dependencies
- Support Board and Executive activity, including preparing high-quality papers, presentations, and briefings
- Capture key actions and ensure follow-through to completion
- Assist with financial reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and variance analysis
- Act as a key liaison across the Executive Leadership Team and wider business, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Provide high-level executive support including diary, inbox, and meeting management
- Coordinate key events, communications, and logistics, acting as a gatekeeper to prioritise activity
- Lead and support strategic and operational projects
- Drive continuous improvement, enhancing processes, reporting, and governance for scalable ways of working
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of supporting senior leaders or C-suite executives
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong commercial awareness
- Exceptional organisational capability
- The ability to operate confidently at SLT and Board level, including with external stakeholders where required.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, especially Excel
- The ability to work at pace with competing priorities
