Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working exclusively with a well-respected organisation in the search for an experienced HR Manager to join their People team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders and driving positive people outcomes. Reporting to the knowledgeable and collaborative Group Director of HR, you'll lead a small HR team whilst providing expert support across a broad range of employee relations, people projects and organisational change initiatives. Based in Eastleigh, this is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £47k.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 2 to deliver a high-quality and responsive HR service.
  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR guidance and support.
  • Oversee a broad range of ER matters, including performance, conduct, capability and lead complex investigations, ensuring matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with policy and legislation.
  • Support organisational change programmes and contribute to wider People & Culture initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
  • Support industrial relations activity, including consultation and engagement with Trade Union representatives.
  • Use HR data and insights to support decision-making, reporting and workforce planning.
  • Ensure HR systems and records are maintained accurately and compliantly.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement and positive cultural change.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR BP role.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum.
