At the core of this role as Media And Analytics Manager is a focus on delivering industry-leading measurement and accountability for advertisers across their media investments; designing frameworks that drive transparency, value and trust through performance tracking, media cost and fees benchmarking, performance deep-dives, and agency pitch commercials.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end ownership of media analytics client projects and key audit programmes.
- Leading media pitch analytics from design and initiation through to agency appointment.
- Owning the media analytics elements of transformation consultancy and science projects.
- Contributing to product development through ongoing feedback on tools and market intelligence.
- Line management of junior team members and ad hoc mentoring across the Analytics Services team.
- Active collaboration with Client Solutions and Client Strategy teams on client initiatives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal background is media agency (planning or trading), client-side or media auditor with deep expertise in UK media planning, buying and trading alongside a working knowledge of digital media platforms, ad tech and auction-based trading.
The following are essential:
- Deep expertise in UK media planning and trading (primarily negotiated, non-biddable) β specifically TV, BVoD/CTV/SVoD, OOH, Print, Radio and Cinema.
- Strong analytics capability and confidence working with media buying and industry data to generate deep insights.
- Working knowledge of digital media platforms, ad tech and auction-based trading.
- Experience delivering client projects from inception through to reporting.
- Ability to manage teams, own client relationships and build strong agency partnerships.
- Strong, confident communicator and presenter β comfortable with senior stakeholders.
- Intellectually rigorous, curious, commercially minded and highly organised.
- Wider global media industry knowledge an advantage given the international client base.
