As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in both the planning and activation of performance media campaigns. While the role has a strong hands-on focus on the activation, optimisation and performance of Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns, you will also contribute to media planning, channel strategy and campaign recommendations across the wider media mix. This breadth of experience is fundamental to how we develop our people into rounded media professionals.
You will work closely with clients and internal specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard and continually optimised against business objectives. This role reports directly to an Account Director and works closely with other areas of the business dependent on the project.
We don't believe in creating channel specialists who only ever work in one platform. You'll build deep expertise in Paid Digital Channels while developing planning and activation skills across the wider media landscape, giving you the opportunity to progress into a rounded Media Planning & Buying professional.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR NEW ROLE:
Strategy & Execution
- Support the development of integrated media plans before leading the activation, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across Paid Social and wider digital media channels.
- Be the day-to-day point of contact, building strong client relationships.
- Be responsible for the delivery of accurate, impactful inputs that power the client’s plan and help grow their business.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of how different media channels fit into a plan and can confidently explain their role to others across all media channels.
- Activate and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other paid social channels.
- Support activation across Google Ads, YouTube, Display and Programmatic where required.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Manage budgets and pacing throughout campaign delivery.
- Maintain best practice campaign structures across platforms.
Partnership & Agency Management
- Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and manage media agency outputs to ensure peak performance.
Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance, making proactive suggestions to improve performance against client KPIs.
- Utilise tracking reports to monitor progress against financial goals / targets.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver comprehensive reporting, presenting actionable insights and performance findings to the wider business.
Innovation
- Stay ahead of media trends and explore new, innovative opportunities within the digital media landscape.
ABOUT YOU:
To be successful in this role you will be expected to have most or all the following attributes.
Experience
- Strong experience activating Paid Social campaigns, alongside exposure to CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, Native, DOOH and App advertising, including campaign setup, optimisation and performance monitoring.
Analytical Excellence
- Proficient in Excel.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of measurement and tracking, including tag implementation across platforms, measurement and analytics systems to ensure accurate, reliable campaign measurement.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (predominantly Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager), with experience in in-platform activation, optimisation and performance analysis preferred.
Problem Solver

Communicator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with both internal stakeholders and clients.
