We’re hiring on behalf of a global, fast-growing integrated marketing advisory that works with some of the UK’s largest and most sophisticated advertisers. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-performing Client Services team, take ownership of complex media analytics projects, and play a key role in shaping how advertisers measure, evaluate and optimise their media investment.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a specialist Media Analytics practice focused on measurement, accountability and transparency across media spend. The role offers real exposure to senior stakeholders, varied project work, and strong progression opportunities for someone ambitious and analytically minded. This is a Senior Consultant role, responsible for end-to-end client delivery across planning, execution and reporting.

The Role

  • Ownership and delivery of media analytics and audit projects, ensuring high-quality, insight-led outputs
  • Leading media pitch analytics projects, from design through to agency appointment
  • Delivering analytics inputs into operating model, transformation and consultancy projects
  • Ensuring projects follow agreed methodologies, templates and best-practice ways of working
  • Producing clear, compelling insights that deliver measurable value for clients
  • Collaborating closely with Client Solutions, Strategy and Analytics teams
  • Contributing to product and tool development, sharing market intelligence and feedback
  • Line management and development of junior team members

About You

You’ll likely come from a media agency, client-side, consultancy or media audit background, with strong experience in UK media planning, buying or trading. You’ll bring:

  • Deep knowledge of UK media planning and trading, particularly non-biddable channels (TV, BVOD/CTV/SVOD, OOH, Print, Radio, Cinema)
  • A solid understanding of how biddable and non-biddable channels work together
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large media and industry datasets
  • Experience delivering client projects from inception to reporting
  • A confident communication style, comfortable presenting, writing reports and managing senior stakeholders
  • The ability to lead, mentor and develop analysts
  • A practical, solutions-focused mindset with intellectual rigour
