The role:

  • You'll own client operational work end to end — from media responses and planning through to campaign set-up, activation and optimisation — working closely with Analysts to make sure every campaign runs smoothly and hits its goals.

  • Leading day-to-day client contact — calls, meetings, and campaign recommendations
  • Building cross-channel media plans and brief responses with clear rationale
  • Managing campaign execution, QA and optimisation within the buying platforms
  • Coaching and developing Analysts within the team
  • Building relationships with key media partners (Google, Meta, Amazon)
  • Spotting new revenue opportunities and shaping proposals

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' hands-on in-platform experience across at least two of: Programmatic Display, Video, Paid Search, Paid Social
  • Digital planning experience (client, agency or DSP-side)
  • Excellent client service skills and a technical, analytical mindset
