This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll blend operational rigour with creative understanding. You’ll lead and develop a team of CPMs, oversee our most complex and high-impact projects, and act as a trusted partner to both clients and senior agency leadership. You’ll be the calm in the chaos, ensuring seamless delivery across communications and brand content, while protecting quality, timelines and client trust at every stage.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and growing the team:
    • Lead, coach and develop a team of Creative Production Managers to deliver consistently high standards.
    • Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth.
    • Balance resources across projects to ensure the team is set up for success.
    • Create a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
  • Owning client relationships:
    • Act as a senior production lead for key clients, building strong, trusted partnerships.
    • Lead production conversations on complex or high-priority campaigns.
    • Bring confidence and clarity to client interactions, reinforcing our reputation for reliability and excellence.
  • Driving production excellence:
    • Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple campaigns and channels.
    • Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
    • Maintain consistency across brand, creative, compliance, and technical standards.
    • Anticipate risks early and put solutions in place before they impact delivery.
  • Solving problems and unblocking teams:
    • Act as the escalation point for production challenges, both internally and with clients.
    • Navigate complexity with confidence, making fast, informed decisions.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to resolve issues and protect delivery.
    • Keep teams aligned, focused and moving forward even under pressure.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience leading creative production or project management teams in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel production (digital, content, and brand).
  • A confident client partner, comfortable leading conversations at senior levels.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, and solutions-focused.
  • Calm, decisive and resilient under pressure.
  • Passion for high-quality creative work and how it’s brought to life.

Why this role matters:
