This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level planning specialist to step into a freelance contract without sacrificing the substance, scale, or senior exposure of a full-time role. The role starts immediately, so if you've been waiting for the right moment to make the move into contracting, or looking for your next gig, read on!
The model itself is new, part strategic consultancy, part data intelligence unit, part media planning engine. You'll own a full regional cluster (UK, US, Canada, Australia), translating global brand strategy into locally relevant campaign architectures. And because it's freelance, you keep the flexibility.

- Contribute to shared planning infrastructure — naming conventions, data dashboards, and ways of working across 30 markets
7+ years planning media across international or multi-market environments. Proven ability to adapt global strategy into local campaign architectures with clear media mix rationale. Strong data and performance analytics capability — you translate numbers into strategic direction. Ability to work at pace, deliver on short turnarounds, and maintain quality under pressure. Familiarity with AI-powered planning or intelligence tools. Additional language skills relevant to the cluster region.
You retain control of your time, build breadth of experience faster, and — in many cases — significantly increase your earning potential.
