About the Role
We are looking for an experienced AI specialist to embed within the business and drive the practical application of AI across our workflows. This is a hands-on consultancy role focused on identifying real opportunities, building working solutions, and upskilling our people along the way. You'll work closely with our teams to turn AI potential into operational reality.
What You'll Do:
- Audit existing workflows to identify high-value AI and automation use cases
- Prioritise the opportunity pipeline based on effort, impact, and feasibility
- Partner with our internal tech resource to scope, build, and implement automation processes and AI agents
- Act as a technical AI resource for the wider team — fielding questions, unblocking problems, and building confidence
- Support the development of an internal AI policy and governance framework
- Document processes and outputs to leave lasting capability behind
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering AI or automation projects in a commercial environment
- Comfortable moving between strategic thinking and technical execution
- Familiarity with AI tools, agent frameworks, and workflow automation platforms. Copilot experience is vital as this is our company tool
- Experience in media, marketing, or a related industry strongly preferred
- Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Self-starter who can operate independently and make things happen with minimal hand-holding
