This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and executing brilliantly.

- Global Brand Strategy
- Develop and evolve the global brand positioning, messaging and value proposition.
- Own the brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency while allowing local flexibility.
- Performance Marketing
- Own paid social, paid search and programmatic campaigns across multiple international markets.
- Build a shared measurement framework, continually optimising creative, audiences and spend based on performance.
- Drive lead generation and maximise ROI across all markets.
- Content & Social
- Lead the always-on content strategy across social media, video, webinars, websites and digital collateral.
- Create scalable content that can be localised by each market.
- Build a global social presence while supporting local teams with best-in-class assets.
- PR & Partnerships
- Manage global PR campaigns and thought leadership activity.
- Build relationships with influencers, strategic partners and industry ambassadors operating across multiple markets.

- Customer Journey & CRM
- Design the end-to-end customer journey from first enquiry through to conversion.
- Develop CRM and lead nurture programmes.
- Produce sales enablement materials that support local commercial teams.
- Marketing Operations
- Own the global marketing budget and KPI reporting.
- Implement AI-enabled marketing tools and technology.
- Produce cross-market reporting and performance dashboards that inform investment decisions.
- Work closely with local stakeholders to build scalable processes that enable successful launches.
We're looking for an experienced international marketer who combines strategic thinking with a genuine willingness to roll up their sleeves.
You'll likely bring
- 5-8+ years' marketing experience
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (rather than solely managing agencies)
- Strong experience across brand, content, performance marketing, PR and analytics
- CRM and marketing automation expertise
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on commercial performance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple countries
- A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building brands in fast-moving environments.
Why this role?
This is an opportunity to shape a brand from launch and have a genuine impact on its global growth.
You'll work across multiple international markets, collaborate with senior leadership, and enjoy a broad remit that combines strategy, creativity and commercial delivery in a high-growth environment.
