We are seeking a highly commercial Search Lead for a dynamic and fast-growing personal-care company, that empowers people around the world to make smart, everyday healthcare decisions. With a portfolio of over 80 brands they serve consumers in nearly 90 countries across seven categories.

The Role

As we continue our journey, we’re looking for a Search Lead in our office in Maidenhead to shape and scale our search marketing function across international markets. Join a passionate team that is transforming the future of self-care.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the strategic direction for a holistic Paid Search and SEO approach across a portfolio of 16 brands in international markets.
  • Work hand in hand with Integrated Planning leads and local and regional marketing to develop market relevant Search plans that drive results.
  • Collaborate with content, digital, and brand teams to embed SEO best practices into content creation and editorial strategy.
  • Own and execute integrated search campaigns (organic and paid) aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using clear KPIs, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve efficiency and growth outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Global Head of Media and Integrated Planning Leads to develop a progressive roadmap.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure search initiatives align with broader digital and commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working with PPC and SEO across non-DTC and DTC brands across Search platforms.
  • Proven success leading SEO strategy and delivering sustained organic growth at scale.
  • Deep expertise in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Deep experience in search planning and activation across Search platforms.
  • Understanding of the wider emerging market opportunity across Social and GenAI and Retail Media Platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in both paid and organic search.
  • Comfortable working across content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Vignette).
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to innovate and challenge the status quo.
