Liberty Hive are looking for someone on behalf of our client who is relentlessly proactive — the kind of person who spots opportunities long before they’re assigned and moves quickly to turn them into results. You stay composed under pressure, think clearly when things get messy, and know how to cut through noise to get things delivered when it matters.
You bring sharp creative thinking and a natural instinct for what resonates. You’re plugged into cultural conversations, platform trends, and emerging ideas, and you use that awareness to shape work that stands out. You’re strategic, resourceful, and able to switch between high-level thinking and hands-on execution with ease. And above all, you’re genuinely passionate about influencer marketing and modern storytelling.
This role sits at the intersection of new business, marketing, partnerships, and client growth. You’re not just here to bring in revenue — you’re here to help build something meaningful, forming partnerships that redefine how brands work with creators.
What You’ll Lead- New Business & Commercial Growth
- Identify and target high-potential companies and emerging brands, focusing on mid-market growth opportunities and select enterprise prospects.
- Build a repeatable outbound approach: coordinate email outreach, LinkedIn sequences, and wider prospecting activity.
- Set up and run in-person meetings with agencies and brands — education sessions, capability walk-throughs, discovery conversations, and strategic briefings.
- Develop scalable sales processes and, as the team expands, mentor junior sales team members.
- Own pipeline development and ensure consistent revenue momentum.
- Marketing-Led Growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to shape campaigns, content themes, and event-led strategies aligned to industry demand and brand positioning.
- Support initiatives that raise the company’s profile within the creator economy and adjacent marketing communities.
- Host quarterly roundtable sessions for prospective clients, using category insights to facilitate conversion and spark meaningful conversations.
- Manage inbound leads, filtering and qualifying opportunities to maximise conversion.
- Expanding Existing Client Relationships
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders across the client base.
- Identify growth opportunities, particularly for multi-brand organisations where cross-portfolio strategy can unlock incremental value.
- Move relationships from one-off activations to long-term partnerships through strategic insight and commercial foresight.
- Maintain a visible presence with decision-makers to safeguard continuity and ensure opportunities for upsell.
- Improving Service & Internal Operations
- Contribute to the evolution of the client service model and help shape the future roadmap.
- Support the adoption of scalable tools and processes, with a focus on reducing manual work and improving efficiency.
- Ensure clear, consistent handovers between sales and account management (goals, audiences, creators, metrics, expectations).
- Partner with account teams to refine reporting standards and enhance strategic depth.
- Building Your Network & Industry Presence
- Share thought leadership on LinkedIn (target: 2 posts per week).
- Use social platforms for relationship-building, prospecting, and increasing personal visibility.
- Attend industry events, agency sessions, and networking opportunities to expand your contact base.
- Leverage modern outreach technologies and automation tools to enhance your reach.
- Growth-linked incentives
- Annual learning budget for courses, conferences, and professional development
- Monthly fund for creative and productivity tools
- Opportunities for long-term progression, including leadership paths
- A flexible, autonomy-first working environment
- Potential for equity participation as you grow with the company
