Commerce Media Lead | 6-9 Month FTC | Β£500/day (DOE) | 4 Days/Week Liberty Hive is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading industry trade body in advertising, for a Commerce Media Lead to drive their work in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising. Commerce Media is reshaping how advertising is planned, bought and measured, as retailers, marketplaces, financial services and travel businesses increasingly monetise their first-party data, audiences and digital properties. Our client is repositioning its offer from Retail Media to Commerce Media, broadening its community beyond retail to bring in advertisers, airlines, hotels, financial services and marketplaces, who don't see "retail media" as a natural home. You'll develop clear positions on the issues shaping the future of Commerce Media, represent the organisation at conferences, in media interviews and at senior stakeholder forums, and build relationships with international counterparts, trade bodies, analysts and commentators to bring global thinking into the UK market. Leading a ~40-company Commerce (currently Retail) Media Working Group, from major retailers through to startups, agencies, advertisers and ad tech: finding common ground and pushing through to get things done. Converting new business, an existing warm pipeline plus new prospects across airlines, hotels, financial services and marketplaces, while retaining current members through year-end renewal. Strong understanding of Commerce Media and the wider digital advertising landscape Outstanding relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations Strong commercial and new-business awareness 6-9 month FTC, roughly Β£500/day, ideally 4 days a week ~
