Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a skilled Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering high quality repairs across social housing properties in the Ellesmere Port area.

If you’re a Multi Skilled Plasterer who takes pride in doing a job properly, from start to finish, this is a role you’ll be trusted to get on with providing steady and local work. We’re growing across our voids contracts and we’re looking for an experienced Plasterer who can walk into a property, assess the work and get the job done!

Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Multi Skilled Plasterer:

  • Site based role
  • Working in void properties, getting them ready for new tenants
  • Full house re-plastering
  • Removing kitchens/bathrooms, plastering and reinstating
  • Supporting across plumbing or joinery when needed
  • Diagnosing issues and planning work on site
  • Moving between jobs or staying on larger projects until completion

What You’ll Need as our Multi Skilled Plasterer:

  • Qualified and experienced Plasterer (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Experience in multi trade (ideally plumbing as a second skill)
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs
  • Full UK driving license
  • Someone who takes pride in doing a proper job
