The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a key leadership position within our team. You’ll take ownership of transactional finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across processes. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading day-to-day transactional finance activity, including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with internal policies.
- Managing, mentoring, and supporting a small finance team.
- Producing and reviewing timely, accurate financial reports.
- Working collaboratively across the business to improve processes and efficiency.
- Monitoring cash flow and contributing to forecasting and planning.
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring accounts are reconciled effectively.
- Driving improvements across finance operations and systems.
