We’re an innovative renewables & heating and compliance business, putting people and communities at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a Senior QuantitySurveyor to lead on commercial performance, project delivery and team development.

What you’ll do :

• Lead commercial support across contracts
• Manage budgets, forecasts & subcontractor procurement
• Drive performance and ensure compliance
• Support mobilisation of new contracts

What we’re looking for :

• RICS membership or relevant degree (desirable)
• Strong leadership & commercial acumen
• Experience in social housing and or renewables works (preferred)
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
