We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their role. As a Work Coordinator supporting multiple teams across our Heating & Compliance department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring work is planned, scheduled and delivered efficiently across a range of services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable, highly organised and confident building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. No two days will be the same as you provide coordination support wherever it's needed most, helping teams maintain excellent service delivery for our customers and clients.

Your Role as Our Business Support Administrator:

  • Coordinate and schedule works across multiple Heating & Compliance teams, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively.
  • Prioritise and schedule appointments, repairs, servicing, compliance activities and reinstatement works as required.
  • Reschedule jobs that fall out of programme and proactively manage changing priorities.
  • Support operational teams during periods of increased demand, absence, annual leave or changing business needs.
  • Help us manage contract requirements across a diverse range of workstreams and clients.
  • Handle customer and contractor calls, scheduling works and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Validate jobs to ensure all relevant information and documentation is available prior to allocation.
  • Build and maintain positive customer, client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance information is accurately updated and logged in real time.
  • Monitor work queues and provide updates to customers, engineers, supervisors and managers.
  • Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues to maintain service delivery standards and contract performance targets.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, adapting quickly to different processes, priorities and workloads.

What We Need From You:

  • Good level of education.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, work coordination, planning or call handling roles.
  • Ability to operate computerised database systems and scheduling software.
  • Good knowledge of office systems and administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with confidence supporting different teams and workstreams.
