Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control.
- Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting.
- Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works.
- Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio.
- Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance.
What We Need from You:
- 1 to 5 years experience in: Heating & Compliance (ideal), Facilities management, Property building maintenance.
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills.
- Experience working across planned and reactive works.
- Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable.
