Are you a skilled Gas Oil LPG Service Engineer based near Havebury, Bury St Edmunds? Are you experienced with working on both Gas and Oil Boilers, including servicing and repairs?

Your Role:
- Undertake the servicing, repairing & maintenance of Domestic heating systems
- Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
- Completion of all relevant paperwork
- Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
- Participate in out of hours works, including overtime and call out
- Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
- Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
- Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
- Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
What We Need from You:
- Minimum three years operational experience
- ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
- G3 unvented cylinder qualifications (desirable)
- Air Source Training (beneficial but not essential)
- A full UK driving license
- Ability to undertake out of hours works, including overtime and call out
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
- Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public
- A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards
- Ability to manage your time and workload independently
- Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable)
- Additional qualifications (LPG) are desirable
