Are you looking to kick start a career as a Plasterer? Are you based near the Wirral? We are looking for a plastering apprentice to work on a 24 month fixed term basis, working 40 hours per week. The salary is based upon the National Minimum Age for apprentices.

Your Role:
- Attend training and work toward your craft qualification
- Carry out full house re-plastering works, plaster patching in small areas where applicable, and identify and rectify plaster defects
- Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work
- Leave homes clean and safe, collecting tenant signatures after jobs
- Support colleagues and build relationships across the business
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles
- Keep accurate records of work and materials used
- Follow safety procedures, including reporting hazards
- Complete paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work flexibly, including out-of-hours if needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines
What We Need from You:
- Have a genuine interest in working in plastering
- 16-18 year old Level 4 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
- 19+ Level 2 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
- Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
- Excellent customer service skills and punctuality
- Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills
