Join our WPS (Property Services) business, where we support communities by delivering repairs, maintenance and essential services to residents across the region. As a Scheduler, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by coordinating works, supporting engineers and ensuring productivity stays on track.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and manage operative diaries to maximise productivity across a multi‑disciplined workforce
  • Keep work-in-progress low and aligned with performance targets
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance and productivity reports
  • Liaise with supervisors, site teams, colleagues and the client to deliver an efficient service
  • Communicate clearly via phone and email, keeping customers and partners updated
  • Ensure all planning aligns with Health & Safety standards

What you'll bring:

  • Strong organisational and diary management skills
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • Confident using Excel, Word, Outlook and reporting tools
