Are you looking to kick start your career as a Roofer? Are you based in or near Salford, Greater Manchester? We are looking for an Apprentice Roofer to work on a 24-month fixed term basis, working 40 hours per week. The salary is based upon the National Minimum Age for apprentices.

Your Role:
- Attend training and work toward your trade qualification.
- Carry out minor and major planned roofing repairs.
- Pointing and small amounts of Bricklaying.
- Fit fascia and soffits.
- Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work.
- Leave homes clean and safe, collecting tenant signatures after jobs.
- Support colleagues and build relationships across the business.
- Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles.
- Keep accurate records of work and materials used.
- Follow safety procedures, including reporting hazards.
- Complete paperwork accurately and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend College as required and ensure College work is completed and submitted on time.
- Work flexibly, including out-of-hours if needed, and follow all health and safety guidelines.
What We Need from You:
- Have a genuine interest in working in Roofing
- Have a GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English (C grade or grade 4 and above, or functional skills level 2)
- Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
- Excellent customer service skills and punctuality
- Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills
