About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of monthly management accounts, profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
You will be a trusted finance business partner to operational teams across the business, ensuring that financial information is accurate, timely, and supports commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts.
- Manage and review profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
- Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with monthly reporting schedules.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across the wider business.
- Lead, develop, and support the finance team.
- Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and support external audit processes.
- Assist with system and process improvements, including the transition to COINS.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insight to support decision-making.
