As the VP, Tax, Liberty Growth and Services, you will lead a team advising senior management on the central Bermuda, UK, Liberty Growth & Services tax position of the LG group and Transfer Pricing matters. This involves various aspects of the business, including M&A and Corporate Development projects.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing LG Ltd's consolidated Bermuda and UK tax positions, including Pillar 2, CFC, and UK International Movement of Capital rules.
  • Developing, evaluating, and implementing tax planning strategies across jurisdictions to maximize after-tax profit and cash flow.
  • Executing tax projects to meet tax objectives efficiently.
  • Identifying risks to LG's global tax position, including Pillar 2 implications.
  • Ensuring robust processes and controls around tax compliance, reviewing quarterly tax provisions and returns.
  • Updating and signing off on LG's Long Range Plan tax modules.
  • Developing and implementing Transfer Pricing strategies across jurisdictions.
  • Maintaining relationships with tax authorities, managing transparency and shareholder interests.
  • Fostering a collaborative environment within the tax team to achieve group goals.
  • Leading the team's knowledge development on tax technical updates.
  • Sharing institutional knowledge within and outside the tax department.
  • Managing external tax fees efficiently.
  • Growing and maintaining MSA revenue.
