This is a hybrid role with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week. Role Overview: We seek a dynamic Senior Product Manager to drive the creation, launch, and enhancement of innovative products. You will collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, oversee the entire product lifecycle, and work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements, measure performance, and iterate for success. Responsibilities include: Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis. Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals. Define product vision and manage development from PoC to MVP and beyond. Collaborate with data, technology, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams. Lead product development, oversee design, testing, and launch phases. Drive product launches and ensure successful adoption. Analyze product performance and iterate based on feedback and market trends. Manage the product delivery roadmap, ensuring quality, time, and cost adherence. Coordinate with commercial teams for monetization strategies and cost optimization. Work with legal, security, privacy, and regulatory teams for reviews and approvals. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in product management with successful product launches. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development methodologies. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centric design. Proficiency with project and product management tools. Experience with digital transformation projects and technology delivery. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with senior leadership. Desirable Skills: Experience with Hyperscaler platforms like Google Cloud, especially Vertex AI. Proficiency in Python, React, and understanding of technical architecture.
