What will you be doing?
Responsibilities may vary, based on the team you land in. Typically though, at Director level, you will be responsible for:
- Leading: you will lead a high‑performing team striving for excellence
- Process improvement: you will actively lead and drive projects to automate central processes
- Analysis: you will enable the production of financial analysis and make recommendations through robust business modelling. You will be a leader‑doer who is hands‑on
- Storytelling: you will consolidate financials and present in an engaging way to Executive leadership
- Stakeholder management: you will business partner technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting teams in realizing financial objectives and optimizing capital allocation
We tend to look for people with:
- Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Fintech, Tech and/or other adjacent industries
- Strong generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination
- MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
- Experience in an International or Pan‑European environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight delivery targets
- Able to work across numerous departments and subject areas to achieve a common goal
- Able to manage the detail while retaining the bigger picture
