We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Bradford (BD4). This is a hybrid role with expectations to work in the office at least two days a week. As a Product Manager joining our Technology team, you will collaborate with the Senior Product Manager and Blume Business Solutions teams to drive the Product Management strategy. You will play a pivotal role throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to launch and continuous improvement.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather and prioritise customer requirements, define the product vision, and oversee the development and introduction of new products. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring and analysing product performance.

What will you be doing?

  • Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis to identify market needs and product opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Drive the product vision and roadmap from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and subsequent versions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data, technology, design, marketing, sales, commercial, and operations, to define and prioritise product requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee the product development process, including design, development, testing, and launch.
  • Facilitate product launches, working closely with brand & marketing teams, sales teams, and operational teams to ensure successful execution and adoption.
  • Continuously analyse product performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and enhance the product.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a successful track record of launching products.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and a user-centric approach to product development.
  • Proficiency in project management and product management tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with technologies and delivering digitization projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Thorough attention to detail, ensuring accuracy through effective self-review and critical evaluation of data inputs and explanations.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Hyperscaler platforms, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (e.g., Vertex AI).
  • Understanding of technical languages/libraries such as Python and React.
  • Familiarity with technical architecture, including both on-premises and cloud solutions.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
