Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in emerging technology areas (AI, data, software-led innovation)
- Prototype practical AI-enabled solutions and apply skills to business challenges
- Develop functional technology skills through early- and ongoing training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive projects forward
- Learn and practice software development, data analysis, and ML concepts
- Participate in mentoring and networking opportunities within the tech function
Key requirements
- Degree background in Cybersecurity, Data Science, Technology & Engineering preferred
- Proven experience with data analytics, coding, or technology development
- Interest in AI/ML content and emerging tech, with practical project exposure
- Comfort with Python or another programming language; willingness to learn new AI tools
