- Lender Relationship Management

- Drive performance optimization: approval rates, time-to-decision, SLAs, waterfall/sequencing, and portfolio quality.
- Collaborate on risk-based pricing, promotional APRs, and product pilots (DaaS, upgrade programs).
- Commercial Analytics & Unit Economics
- Own GMV, take-rate, margin, CAC/LTV, payback, and contribution profit by partner and segment.

- Run experiments (pricing, incentives, merchandising) and scale what works.
- Contracts, Compliance & Governance
- Lead commercial terms (pricing, SLAs, marketing rights, data sharing, termination) with Compliance and Legal.
- Ensure sales practices align with UK/EU consumer credit rules (e.g., fair value, affordability/creditworthiness, vulnerable customers) in partnership with Compliance.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and partner reports.
- Leadership
- Hire, coach, and develop a small team (BD and Graduates).
- Foster a performance culture: clear goals, transparent dashboards, and continuous improvement.
