- Join Liberty Global as Director, Global Tax and play a pivotal role in shaping the tax strategy of a dynamic international business
- Reporting to the VP, Global Tax, you will provide strategic leadership across corporate and indirect tax matters, ensuring commercially focused, technically robust and compliant outcomes that support the Group’s long-term growth and value creation
- This is a highly influential leadership position with exposure to senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Legal and Corporate Development
- You will lead a talented team of tax professionals, oversee complex international tax matters, support major transactions and restructurings, drive best-in-class governance and compliance, and help develop one of the industry’s most respected tax functions
- Lead Liberty Global’s tax strategy across international corporate and indirect tax matters, including Pillar Two, BEPS and cross-border tax considerations
- Oversee group tax governance, compliance and reporting activities, including review and approval of tax filings, provisions and returns
- Lead the tax workstream for complex cross-border M&A transactions, restructurings, joint ventures and integration projects
- Develop tax-efficient structures and funding frameworks that support strategic investments, financing arrangements and business objectives. Manage t
