- You’ll take the business through launch, prove the model and build it into a successful, scalable business
- Lead the launch across product, technology, commercial and operational capabilities
- Prove and scale the model using customer and commercial insight
- Own growth, financial performance, investment decisions and resource allocation
- Prior digital start-up experience / Experience building, launching and/or scaling a start-up, venture or high-growth business
- Strong commercial orientation, with accountability for growth and business performance
- Strong judgement and decision-making
- A hands-on approach and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Exposure to subscription businesses and fintech
