During the 3 years on the scheme, you will develop a core understanding of the structure, processes, and systems of Finance. As part of your onboarding, we will focus on setting you up for success in Liberty Global Finance as you undergo various trainings, including Excel, Financial Modelling, and Internal Reporting.
Over the three 12-month rotations, you will gain experience in some of our Generalist areas, such as Capital Allocation and Business Control, Audit Risk & Compliance, and Procurement, as well as experiencing more specialist areas like Treasury, Strategy, and Mergers & Acquisitions. You will have the opportunity to move into these roles within our UK and European operating companies and ventures.
We will also fully fund and support you to achieve your CIMA qualification, with generous study leave and pay progression that are both above industry standards. It is mandatory that you complete the qualification within the 3-years of being on the scheme – we will support in providing a schedule to allow you to do this. Alongside this, you will follow a solid learning and development curriculum to help you build valuable business & soft skills. Courses will include presentation training, effective business writing, partner management & many more.
