We’re looking for a Manager, Tax – Reporting to join us in Hammersmith. As a Manager, Tax – Reporting, you will contribute to the management of various tax compliance and reporting tasks within the specialist central Tax team.
What will you be doing?
- Managing and reviewing various aspects of the quarterly tax reporting close process
- Assisting with the management of Liberty Global’s Group Tax Policy
- Managing Liberty Global’s approach to Country by Country Reporting
- Assisting and supporting on specific ad hoc projects
- Contributing more broadly to the Global tax team in relation to fostering a great environment
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting or Tax education AND/OR A professional qualification in Accounting and/or Tax (e.g. CPA or ACA) attained through learning during employment in an Accounting and/or Tax role
- Relevant experience working in a mixed accounting/tax environment with Big 4 or similar Corporate Function
- A strong communicator with the ability to partner with peers, local operating companies, Tax leadership and the wider business
- Ability to recognise complex issues and implications and seek assistance when necessary
- A continuous improvement mindset
