What to expect
Our scheme consists of varying rotations all based in our Bradford Office across our exciting LSS functions:

- HR Operations

- Tech Run & Innovate
- Tech Transformation
During the programme, you’ll build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different territories and markets, and experience different roles to help accelerate your growth. Over two years you’ll rotate through three different teams across LSS, giving you a taste for a variety of potential career paths you may choose to follow.
Year one
Your first year will be two placements of six months, enabling you to gain great operational experience and setting you up for your final year.
Year two
The final year gives you the opportunity to be involved in developing how we use cutting edge technology to make improvements and implement technology solutions to real world business challenges. There’s a comprehensive learning and development curriculum to follow, helping you build valuable business skills and behaviours for you to develop and provide you with the tools to become a future leader at LSS!
