We're looking for a Senior Manager, People Business Partner to join us in Amsterdam Schiphol or London. The Senior Manager, People Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive our people strategy and enable business growth.
This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping solutions that develop leadership capability, improve business performance, and drive culture and engagement.
The Senior Manager, People Business Partner will serve as the primary People contact across different functions and will be responsible for collaborating with Centres of Excellence (i.e., Talent).
