Are you an experienced Floor Layer based in or near Salford, looking to earn 31,881.00 per annum? Join Liberty and make a real difference in the communities we serve! Your role As Our Floor Layer:

  • Speak with customers to arrange and complete work, always putting their needs first
  • Leave homes clean and safe, and collect tenant signatures when done
  • Work closely with your team and build strong relationships across Liberty
  • Lay and finish various flooring types including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, timber, cork, and carpet
  • Prepare surfaces, remove minor obstacles, and ensure a smooth foundation before fitting
  • Measure, plan, and order materials needed for each job
  • Follow instructions, drawings, and use measuring tools accurately
  • Cut, fit, and finish flooring around fixtures, matching patterns and designs
  • Occasionally carry out alternative tasks as directed

What We Need from You:

  • Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification for the role (NVQ L2 or 3)
  • Must be competent in all aspects of floor laying trade
  • Skilled workers will preferably hold a CSCS card (Desirable)
  • Ideally have Asbestos Awareness and own tools
