Responsibilities
- Carrying out brickwork repairs and maintenance to domestic properties
- Repointing brickwork and chimney stacks
- Identifying and rectifying brickwork defects
- Working safely at height using ladders and scaffolding where required
- Delivering excellent customer service and leaving homes clean and safe
- Using digital systems and PDAs to manage and record work accurately
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying (or equivalent trade qualification)
- Proven bricklaying experience, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality work
- Full UK driving licence
