Liberty Property Maintenance (Part of WPS Group) are looking for a Roofer to join our growing responsive maintenance team in delivering high quality repairs across social housing properties in the Ellesmere Port area.

If you’re a Roofer who takes pride in doing a job properly, from start to finish, this is a role you’ll be trusted to get on with providing steady and local work. We’re growing across our voids contracts and we’re looking for an experienced Roofer who can walk into a property, assess the work and get the job done!

Your Day to Day, What You’ll Do as our Roofer:

  • Site based role
  • Working in void properties, getting them ready for new tenants
  • Diagnosing and fixing roofing issues
  • Slating and tiling repairs and full replacements
  • Chimney, leadwork and ridge tile repairs
  • Flat roof repairs (felt/asphalt)
  • General maintenance across domestic properties
  • Moving between jobs or staying on larger projects until completion

What You’ll Need as our Roofer:

  • Experienced Roofer (ideally within social housing or repairs)
  • Background in domestic repairs/maintenance (not just new build sites)
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Full UK driving license
  • CSCS or relevant trade background

What to Expect:

  • Company van, uniform & equipment provided
  • Structured onboarding with a shadowing period
  • Early support – You won’t be expected to hit the ground running alone
  • Opportunities to progress into senior or foreman roles
