Multi Skilled Groundworker

Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Groundworker based in and around Wirral and surrounding areas? Looking to earn GBP32,985 per year working 40 hours per week?

Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered as part of working hours.

Your role:

• Lift and relay/renew paving stones
• Rake out and re-point brickwork
• Renew bituminous damp proof courses
• Drill and inject for liquid damp proof courses
• Repair timber fencing and gates
• Work as a multi-trade skilled operative capable of completing works in other construction trades such as patch plastering, wall and floor tiling, minor plumbing activities, etc.
• Undertake full multi and ground working duties where necessary
• Identify and rectify defects in groundwork as required
• Prepare and lay new concrete paths and ramps
• Prepare and lay concrete footings for brickwork
• This list is not exhaustive; works carried out will be to suit the business needs

What We Need from You:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent construction trade qualification
• A recognised qualification in Bricklaying/Groundwork or other building trades
• GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English
• Completed a recognised Apprenticeship with qualification
• Valid CSCS card at the appropriate level
• Driving licence required to operate grounds maintenance machinery along with a company vehicle
