Responsibilities include undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas. Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post preparation of works are carried out. Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches and calculations using measuring equipment.
Qualifications: Served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Plasterer. Competent in all aspects of the Plasterer trade discipline. Plastering and tiling for bathroom & wet room replacements and experience within social housing. Ability to carry out multi skilled trades, and core Joinery/Tiling. A current driving licence is essential, and workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a salary of £33,530.00 plus at least £4k in OTE per annum, complete with a company van, fuel card, and an excellent benefits package.
