Due to continued growth, we’re now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team across Greater Manchester.
The Role
This is a key commercial leadership position where you’ll take ownership of social housing contracts, driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring value at every stage. You’ll have the autonomy to lead projects while working within a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages progression and innovation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading the commercial delivery of social housing projects from tender to final account
- Controlling costs, managing risk, and identifying opportunities for added value
- Producing accurate valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts
- Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the commercial team
What We’re Looking For
- Established Quantity Surveyor with senior-level experience or ready to step up
- Proven background in social housing (repairs, maintenance, or refurbishment)
- Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills
- Ability to manage your own workload while contributing to a high-performing team
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
