Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a fantastic, growing Law Firm? Based in Southampton, our client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team. You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within your team.
What the Legal Secretary role will involve:
- Preparing bills, CHAPs, and BACs payment requests
- Typing letters, memos, emails and meeting attendance notes
- Liaising with clients and fee earners via email and phone
- Handling enquiries from external and internal stakeholders
- Preparation of documents
- General secretarial and administrative duties
What you’ll bring:
