Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a company that truly makes a difference? We are proud to be partnering with a values-led charity to support vulnerable individuals seeking a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant to join their team in Havant.
Supporting the Operations Director, the EA will play a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, supporting senior leadership and helping to ensure vital frontline services can operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Managing complex diaries and inboxes, ensuring effective prioritisation
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas and minute-taking
- Drafting professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Acting as a key point of contact, handling enquiries with discretion
- Supporting the planning and delivery of meetings, training, and events
- Tracking actions and ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Maintaining confidential records in line with GDPR and safeguarding standards
- Producing performance and statistical reports
- Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes
- Experienced in an Executive or Personal Assistant role
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- A strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
Experience within a charity or not-for-profit environment would be advantageous.
