They are seeking an experienced individual to act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional support and ensuring a first-class customer experience throughout the order process. Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Act as an important first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide informed product support and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual customer requirements
  • Confirm and communicate delivery lead times clearly, ensuring customer expectations are managed effectively throughout the order process
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to ensure customer queries are fully resolved
  • Ensure customer enquiries are escalated smoothly where required, maintaining clear communication and keeping customers informed at all stages

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
