About the role
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for shaping, protecting, and evolving Believ’s visual identity across all channels.
This role combines creative execution with brand ownership ensuring that every touchpoint, from campaigns and digital assets to internal materials, reflects a consistent and compelling brand story.
Working closely with the marketing team and wider business, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in bringing the Believ brand to life through impactful design and cohesive messaging.
They will maintain brand guidelines, develop creative assets, and champion brand consistency across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development
- Managing the company’s brand identity and visual style across all channels and materials.
- Developing, maintaining, and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of design, in collaboration with the marketing team
- Acting as the brand guardian — ensuring all creative output, internal and external, meets brand standards.
- Advising teams across the business on correct and effective use of brand assets.
- Design & Creative Delivery
- Designing high-quality, on-brand creative assets for use across digital, print, social media, events, and internal communications.
- Producing engaging visual content including campaign artwork, infographics, brochures, presentations, animations, and web assets.
- Translating marketing and campaign briefs into visually compelling concepts that support commercial and communication objectives.
- Managing end-to-end design workflow — from concept through to artwork, production, and delivery.
- Collaboration & Process
- Working closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all activity.
- Supporting colleagues with branded templates and materials to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Liaising with external designers, printers, and agencies where required, ensuring brand alignment and cost-effective delivery.
- Managing file libraries, asset storage, and brand toolkits for easy company-wide access.
- Contributing creative ideas and visual insight to campaign planning sessions.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance brand impact through creative innovation.
- Monitoring competitor design trends and industry best practice to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders to evolve and refine creative output.
About you

- The successful candidate will have the following attributes and skills:
- 3-5 years proven experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a marketing or communications environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a breadth of digital and print design work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design; After Effects desirable).
- Experience developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Creative and imaginative, with a passion for great design and brand storytelling.
- Collaborative and approachable, able to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Confident taking ownership, with a strong sense of accountability for quality and consistency.
- Enthusiastic about innovation, sustainability, and brand evolution.

The business is currently based in our office in Southwark.
The position is full time, hybrid with 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) based in the office.
