About the Company: Our client is a global business with an ambitious vision to build a market-leading Investment Banking division. Operating in the mid-market space, the firm acts as a sector generalist with a strong focus on high-growth areas such as Technology, SaaS, Fintech, and related industries.
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven M&A Associate/Senior Associate to play a key role in the execution and origination of mid-market M&A transactions. You will be instrumental in supporting senior dealmakers across all aspects of the deal lifecycle, including market research, financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials, client interaction, and transaction execution.
- Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across a range of sectors, with a particular emphasis on Technology, SaaS, and Fintech.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
- Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, working closely with legal, tax, and financial advisors.
- Assist in the identification of acquisition targets and potential investors.
- Help build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
Minimum of 3 years’ M&A experience in a mid market or boutique, OR as a current Manager or Senior Manager within an M&A (Lead Advisory) team at a Big 4 or Top 15 Accounting Firm.
Strong technical skills, including advanced financial modelling, company valuation, and transaction analysis.
Deep understanding of the full M&A transaction lifecycle, including origination, execution, and due diligence.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. CFA, ACA, or MBA preferred.
