Requirements:
- 2-10 years of investment banking or sell-side M&A experience
- M&A background from a mid market or boutique investment bank/advisory (lead advisory candidates from big 4/top 10 will be considered too).
- M&A deal experience in Technology Services, IT Services, HCM, Marketing Services is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
- Skilled in creating Information Memorandums, pitch decks, and teasers.
- Proficient in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
- Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, and transaction documents throughout the M&A process.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across global teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ.
