This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and market-leading platform with a strong deal pipeline and top-tier client relationships.If you are currently part of a high-performing FIG team with 3+ years of experience at a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, Mid-Market Investment Bank, or a Big 4 firm , we want to hear from you.Job Responsibilities Cover key sectors within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) , including banking, asset/wealth management, insurance, specialty finance, fintech, etc..Perform in-depth valuation analysis, financial modelling, and market research to support M&A and capital markets transactions.Develop and deliver presentation materials , including management presentations, board reports, and memorandums, for client engagements.Play a key role in deal execution , including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and liaising with external advisors (legal, accounting, regulatory bodies).Stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments , offering strategic insights to clients.Mentor and train junior colleagues , contributing to a high-performance team culture.Qualifications & Skills 3+ years FIG investment banking experience from a Bulge Bracket, Elite Boutique, Mid-Market Investment Bank, or Big 4 .Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction execution .Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills .Deep understanding of investment banking products and deal structuring.Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with external advisors .Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player .Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools .Languages: Being able to speak a European language is a huge advantage
