Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of investment banking or sell-side M&A experience, with at least 2β3 successfully closed deals.
- M&A background from a large, mid-market or boutique investment bank/advisory (lead advisory candidates from big 4/top 10 will be considered too).
- M&A deal experience in Technology Services, Business Services, Software and/or IT Services is essential.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
- Skilled in creating Information Memorandums, pitch decks, and teasers.
- Proficient in financial modelling and valuation methodologies.
- Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal oversight.
- Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, and transaction documents throughout the M&A process.
